Chisinau, September 27. /MOLDPRES/. Prime Minister Vlad Filat today held a meeting with Russian Ambassador to Moldova Farid Muhamedsin, according to the government’s communication and press relations department.
Vlad Filat thanked Farid Muhamedsin for the contribution to organizing the visit to Russia held on 10-12 September 2012, and noted that it was fruitful and led to strengthening the Moldovan-Russian relations.
At the same time, Filat said there are good prospects for the bilateral relations development between the two states.
For his part, Farid Muhamedsin said Filat’s visit to Russia gave a new impetus to the bilateral relations with a new stage of development.
Muhamedsin said that Russia is interested in deepening the cooperation with Moldova, and is willing to invest in joint development projects.
The officials also approached Filat’s visit to Yalta due on 27-28 September 2012. Filat noted that his participation in the meeting of the CIS heads of governments is a good opportunity to developing the relations at the bilateral and multilateral level.
